Will Eley

Will Eley, Deputy Political Director

Will began his public interest career canvassing for progressive candidates and causes while engaged in undergraduate study at Auburn University, earning a degree in Political Science from Auburn in 2007. Since that time, Will has been fully engaged in political life: managing two electoral campaigns for the 15th Circuit Court of Alabama; advising candidates and organizations as an independent consultant; and earning an MA in Aesthetics and Politics from the School of Critical Studies at the California Institute of the Arts. Just prior to joining Fair Share in the spring of 2016, Will was studying political theory and the digital humanities as graduate-level researcher and student at The University of Chicago, where he worked closely with the Chicago Text Lab.

A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Will now resides in Los Angeles with his fiancée, artist and educator Erica Palmiter.
