Fair Share Political Director

Background

Fair Share stands for an America where everyone gets their fair share, pays their fair share, and does their fair share; and where everybody plays by the same rules. We organize everyday people to stand up and take action when the rules are rigged to favor the wealthy and powerful, or when big corporations cheat the system. And, we help elect leaders who will fight for opportunity for all of us to succeed—and help defeat those who stand in the way.

Fair Share builds power in key places across the country by running year-round issue campaigns. We reach ordinary, middle and working class people with our message about economic fairness and democracy, and leverage their support into wins on policy. We prioritize campaigns that can provide short-term victories while simultaneously moving a larger, progressive agenda forward.

Fair Share seeks a Political Director to build the organization’s profile and programs.
